At our practice, we have chosen not to participate as an in-network provider with insurance companies or Medicare. By eliminating many of the administrative burdens and restrictions imposed by third-party payers, we are able to spend more time listening, educating, and developing treatment plans tailored to your individual needs and goals.

New Patient Consultation: $250
Returning Patient Visit: $100
Surgery & Facility Fees
If surgery is recommended, Dr. Swope’s professional surgical fee is paid directly by the patient and is not billed to insurance. However, the facility fees associated with your procedure—including the surgery center or hospital charges, anesthesia services, implants, laboratory services, and other ancillary costs—are typically billed directly to your insurance by those providers. These facility-related expenses generally represent the largest portion of the overall cost of surgery. Depending on your insurance plan and benefits, you may be responsible for deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or any non-covered services. Our team will work closely with the surgical facility to help you understand the expected costs and assist you in navigating the process.
Out of network benefits
For patients who have insurance plans with out-of-network benefits, we are happy to submit claims on your behalf. Our team is committed to helping you understand your options and making the process as simple and seamless as possible.

Take advantage of the online services offered by our practice with the assurance that all of your information is encrypted and stored securely. After you create your account, you will receive an e-mail from us that includes your user ID and a link back to our patient portal. You may log in at any time to begin using our services. Registration is not treated as a request for access to Protected Health Information. You will need to go to Health Forms and fill out the Medical Records Release form for a full health records request.
